09-05: Legion. We are here today to discuss the proposal for the construction of Site-4. In light of the recent events at sites 2 and 3 we have been advised by level 10 members to determine if it might be necessary to construct another secure location, this time in redacted.
09-09: Why redacted?
09-05: Four, why don't you explain to the rest of the Legion why redacted is the first candidate.
09-04: Fine. I guess your lazy ass won't do it, so I will.
09-04: redacted is far(ish) from most densely populated areas, but is still close enough that if we had to, most large world powers could level it with just a few LG-30 Minuteman or SM-64 missiles. Or whatever the f*** you have on hand, most s*** will work.
09-05: Thank you four. Now before we adjourn for today, is there any other questions or matters to attend to, or are we all in agreement to establish SIte-4?
